Inspired by the universal mystery of “Where did I leave my glasses?”, this collaboration between Kakan Hermansson and Vasuma turns a daily frustration into an artful moment. Hand-shaped in Kakan’s studio, the Wave Eyewear Stand is as much a design object for the home as it is a practical place to keep your frames close at hand. Each piece carries Kakan's unmistakable touch: playful yet precise, humorous yet deeply crafted. The collection comes in two versions, each expressing a different mood and material character. The Pink/Blue Glazed stand is made from red earthenware, coated with blue and lilac glazes and fired to 1050°C, creating a glossy, fluid surface where color and light meet. The Terracotta Mix is formed by blending red earthenware and white stoneware, unglazed and fired at 1150°C, revealing a natural, marbled texture and raw, earthy presence. Available in two sizes, Single and Double, and two finishes: a pink and blue glazed version with a glossy, fluid surface, and a terracotta mix with a matte, earthy texture.
